All of the art, objects, jewelry and books you see on our web site were photographed for our gallery and are available for purchase (subject to prior sale). You can purchase items at the gallery, by email or phone. Remember that most of what you see is one of a kind and once listed is sold quickly.
Every once in a while you may order something which appears to be in stock, but has actually sold in our gallery before we have had a chance to update our online inventory. When this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible to let you know if it is something we are able to order again for you. If it is an item we regularly stock, we will simply backorder it for you and let you know when it arrives.

All jewelry and gift cards are shipped in our signature black and white with black satin ribbon, and silver tissue, ready for gift giving. Please let us know if you would like the receipt mailed separately.
Sienna Patti accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
You are required to provide the complete billing information associated with your credit card, as well as the security code. We reserve the right to ship only to the billing address of a cardholder.
Sienna Patti does not share your personal contact information or maintain a payment history with credit card information. The gallery and its associates do not discuss your personal purchases with anyone but you.
Shipping Policy – Domestic
We pack our objects with extra care, doing our best to ensure that they won’t be damaged, and all packages are labeled with special handling instructions.
For orders shipped to destinations within the United States, our standard delivery method is FedEx Ground. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days, pending availability of item and payment authorization. We also offer overnight shipping via FedEx Standard Overnight, on some products. Please note, some items are not available for overnight shipping. If you need something quick your best bet is to send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) specifying which piece you are interested in, before you place your order.
All objects are shipped via Federal Express, which provides tracking.
In the unfortunate event that an object is damaged, we’ll work to replace your item once we are notified and proof of damage is received. As many objects are part of limited editions, we may not be able to replace the work after it has sold out. In this event, we will refund your purchase.
Also note that if you order multiple items, they may come in multiple packages.

Shipping Policy – International
International orders are shipped via FedEx, the rate determined by your location, and should arrive in 3 to 5 business days, pending customs.
Please note that all international packages may be subject to additional customs, duties, or other fees. We don’t have control over these fees—they are calculated by each country’s customs department—and, unfortunately, we cannot not be responsible for them. All of the jewelry in our collections has been hand-fabricated. As with any product, natural wear and tear or an accident might result in a piece of jewelry becoming damaged or broken. We urge you to send anything in this condition back to us for evaluation. Once we look at the piece, we will determine what course of action to take. This usually means it is sent back to the studio of the artist who originally made it so it can be repaired to their specifications. This process may take 2-8 weeks and, depending on the situation, may have an associated charge assigned by the artist. Return and Exchanges
All items at Sienna Patti are original works and limited editions. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with Sienna Patti is a good one. If there is an issue with your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Service Request:” followed by your receipt number.
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible domestic orders that are received within 10 days of your package delivery. Customized items including sizing and special orders are not eligible for return. All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
All eligible returns must be received within 10 days of receipt of your delivery, unworn, in pristine condition, and including all original packaging. All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, we will refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to the Customer or the Gift Recipient, as applicable. If the returned product satisfies Quality Control we will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
We offer two options for returns: refund or store credit. To get the return process started, send an email to email@example.com with your name, order number, reason for return, and which return option you’re choosing. Your return must be shipped prepaid and insured, with signature confirmation. Please note for all returns: There will be a $35 deduction (+ any shipping charges from initial shipment) from your refund or store credit to cover the cost of restocking. Keep in mind that, depending on the cycle of your credit card, it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account.
*Holiday Return Policy *
Anything purchased during the month of December can be returned for store credit or refund until January 10th. Jewelry must be unworn, in pristine condition, and returned with original packaging with purchase information enclosed. Please review our return policy above for more specifics.
If you’ve been gifted something from Sienna Patti that isn’t to you liking, you can return it for store credit. Just contact firstname.lastname@example.org to get the process started. We hope you find something else that you love!
Sienna Patti has the right to deny credit for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our return policy.
When you place a special order, you have committed to the item. Please realize that special orders are outside the scope of regular artist production and therefore, may take longer. Special orders are non-returnable (both non-refundable and non-exchangeable from the time the order is placed). Special orders require a deposit of ½ the total price. Special orders may be canceled ONLY within 48 hours of being placed. We will be happy to answer any questions about special orders and alterations to existing pieces (ring sizes, necklace lengths, etc). Timing and pricing will vary by artists.
Because we are Massachusetts business, there is NO sales tax applied to any purchase, unless we are shipping within the of Massachusetts. If we are shipping to the state of Massachusetts there will be a 6.25% sales tax added – and always free shipping!
